RightSafe is operated by Erica Thompson (Brave Haven). Contact: hr@bravehaven.io. By creating an account you agree to these terms for yourself and for the organization whose workspace you use.
RightSafe stores your team's creative assets privately, records the usage rights you enter for each one, and refuses downloads and share links outside those rights: before a license starts, after it ends, or on a channel it does not cover. It emails renewal reminders 30 and 7 days before an end date.
RightSafe enforces the rights information you record. It does not read your contracts, it is not legal advice, and it cannot know about terms you did not enter. You are responsible for recording each license accurately and for checking its full terms before use.
Each new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no card required. After that, RightSafe Team costs $29 a month per workspace, for up to 25 people, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes that apply.
If the trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription is canceled or unpaid, your library stays readable, but uploads, downloads, edits, and share links pause until you subscribe.
Cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only to provide RightSafe to your workspace. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including any personal data in it, and that you will use RightSafe lawfully.
For personal data in your content, your organization is the controller and we process it on its behalf, as described in the privacy policy.
Do not upload unlawful content, try to access another workspace's files, probe or overload the service, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
We work to keep RightSafe available and your files safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies of important files and contracts. We may change the service and these terms; for material changes we will tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days ahead.
To the extent the law allows, RightSafe is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your workspace paid in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including claims arising from use of an asset based on rights information you entered. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete assets at any time. To close a workspace or delete your account, email hr@bravehaven.io; we delete its data within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States without prejudice to consumer protections where you live.
