We want everyone to be able to use RightSafe, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control, or a keyboard instead of a mouse.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the W3C. Meeting it also covers the other standards that apply to us:
Microenterprises like ours are exempt from the European Accessibility Act's requirements for services. We follow them anyway, because they describe what it takes for people to be able to use the product.
We have not yet had a full manual audit, including testing with screen readers, so we do not claim full conformance. Every page listed below passes our automated accessibility checks, and we fix anything people report to us.
Pages covered: The gallery, Privacy, Terms, Accessibility.
We do not know of any accessibility problems on this site. If you find one, please tell us.
The site is built for recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and for use with screen readers and browser zoom up to 200%. Automated testing runs in Chromium at desktop and Android phone sizes.
If something on RightSafe does not work for you, or you need information in another format, email hr@bravehaven.io. Tell us the page and what happened. We reply within 5 business days, and if we cannot fix it right away we will help you get what you need another way.
In Portugal, the Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica (ASAE) oversees the accessibility of e-commerce services under Decreto-Lei n.º 82/2022, with the Instituto Nacional para a Reabilitação (INR) coordinating. In other EU countries, contact your national enforcement body.
In the United States, you can file a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act at ada.gov.
